Graduated with a Master's Degree in Political Science (European Policy Studies) from the Political Studies Institute (Sciences Po) in Strasbourg, Arnaud Mollard is a junior consultant. He worked at the Bas-Rhin Local Council (French Department in Alsace Region), for preparing the EU funds programming period 2007-2013, and at the EU Information Center (www.touteleurope.fr) in Paris. Then, he obtained a Schuman Scholarship and worked for DG Communication at the European Parliament, in Brussels. Arnaud is actually working at ITD-Eu on the conception of regional innovation strategies and EU funded projects in the field of innovation and tech transfer.
