Hans Sundvall is the Managing Director of the consultancy firm Pemenco AB (Ltd) (based in Luleå, Sweden). Hans has extensive experience in the establishment and management of science/technology parks, in project management in the field of regional development and in the promotion of innovation (relating notably to innovation centres and business incubators). He also has expertise in small business management and in development programmes for SMEs. Hans has worked on a series of EC innovation and skills and training projects, such as TRIP, RIS+ and ESF training programmes in northern Europe.
