Lacave Allemand & Associés Lacave Allemand & Associés is a French-based consultancy specialised in innovation policies in relation to local and regional development with a public policy and policy development focus. It was founded in 1997 by Michel Lacave, former President of the International Association of Science Parks (IASP) with a group of individual experts and academics with strong expertise and experience in science parks, business parks and incubators and regional innovation strategies. It operates at EU level, in a large number of EU countries, as well as in non-EU Mediterranean countries and in Latin America. LA&A works for French and European institutions (European Commission, Committee of the Regions, DIACT (formerly known as DATAR), Ministry of Foreign Affairs…). LA&A also is a member of the European Business & Innovation Centers Network (EBN) and of the International Association of Science Parks (IASP).
