Mireille Allemand is Managing Director of Lacave Allemand & Associés. She has exercised high level functions as an officer for a major city in France (in the fields of international relations and heritage). Following a period as Director of the RECITE (art. 10, ERDF) technical assistance office in Brussels Mireille became a senior consultant and is today involved in the design, technical support, management and monitoring of transnational networks. She has developed a proven approach/successful model for the organising, setting up and monitoring of European Union programmes and public policy evaluation in the fields of regional development and innovation policy.
Mireille has also authored a number of books on urban development and urban history.
